  • The 85th Annual Bronc Day will be held in the Town of Green Mountain Falls, Saturday, July 29th.

  • Vendor spaces are 10 X 10 and located at Gazebo Park (6970 Lake Street, GMF CO).

  • Set-up will begin at 7:00am. The festival will run from 9am to 3pm with tear-down ending at 4pm. 

  • The B.D. Committee will provide a 10x10 booth space. No electricity is available and no stakes are allowed. 

  • The Vendor will provide all decorations, tables, and equipment necessary to run the booth.

  • The Vendor agrees to abide by the following guidelines:

  • The Vendor may drive near the booth spaces to unload and then must park their vehicles in the designated area away from the booth set up.

  •  The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her booth.

  • The Vendor is responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the city, county or state.

  • The event will run from 9am to 3pm with no early departures. At the conclusion, the Vendor will be responsible for cleaning up their booth space.

  • The B.D. Committee is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.

  • No politically-themed products or services.

  • A Colorado State Tax License or Special Event License ($4.00) is required. 

  • Application deadline July 15th. No refunds after June 15th.

Vendor Registration
Booth Fee is $50.00 - Invoiced upon application acceptance.
